Itinerary

1. Day 1 - Singapore - Kuala Lumpur (Recommended hotel Traders @ KLCC)

   • Meet and greet at Singapore hotel lobby and be whisked away to the Johore Immigration Check point. 

   • After formalities, depart for Kuala Lumpur visiting colonial landmarks Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Jamek Mosque, St Mary's Cathedral, the Clubhouse,  Railway Station, National Mosque and drive past Little India and Bustling Chinatown. Photo shoots of Twin Towers and KL Tower. Swe Batik and Pewter being hand crafted as souvenirs. Check in to hotel. Free and easy.  

2. Day 2 Kuala Lumpur - Penang Island (Recommended hotel Golden Sands @ Batu Feringghi)

   8am Depart for Penang Island and drop by at Clan Jetty, Fort Cornwallis, Sleeping Buddha and drive through Georgetown - the Heritage city. Batu Feringghi is a beach front with hotels, restaurants, night markets, water sports and others. A happening place to stay. Check in to hotel. Free and easy. Enjoy the sun sea and sands of Batu Feringghi. 

3. Day 3 Penang Island Half Day Walking Tour

   8am Join Guide for the Walking tour of Georgetown visiting various cultural and heritage sites with commentary in English. Visit Old temples, churches, colonial buildings with lots of foreign influence.  Return to your hotel. Free and easy and enjoy the sun sea and the sands @ Batu Feringghi. 

4. Day 4 Penang Island - Cameron Highlands (Recommended hotel Camerons resort)

   8am Depart for the Cameron Highlands - a hill resort with large tea plantations and farmlands and scattered aborigines. Enroute bonus visit the adorable Orangutans (subject to availability). Proceed on to Caamerons and sip tea seated on an elevated tea Cafe and watch the rolling hills below. Photo shoots aplenty ! See live butterflies, insects, snakes, etc at Butterfly Farm. Visit the Vegetable market to see various vegetables grown in the Camerons. Then go to the flower gardens and Cactus gardens for a colorful experience.  Check in to hotel. Free and easy.

5. Day 5 Cameron Highlands - Taman Negara (Recommended hotel Mutiara resort)

   7am Depart for Taman Negara - 130 million years old tropical rainforest with endangered tigers, elephants, tapirs, snakes, .... 14,000 flowering plants with medicinal and poisonous contents and aphrodisiacs. Check in to hotel. Free and easy.  Enjoy the jungle ambience. 

   7pm Join Nature Guide for the Night Jungle walk to spot civet cats, slow loris, snakes, scorpions etc. Watch nocturnal animals come for their salt lick at the man made salt lick,  Return to hotel. Free and easy. 

6. Day 6 Taman Negara DayTour - Highlights

   8am Join Nature Guide jungle trekking to the viewpoint for a stunning view of Gunung Tahan - Malaysia's highest mountain. Its a moderate climb but interesting. Nature Guide commentary along the way. 

   Catch a boat and the boatman negotiates rapid shooting gushing waters to reach an aborigine village. Watch fire making and blowp[ipe demonstration the native way. You can partake in the activities. The abotigines are naive people and the rainforest is their supermarket. Nature Guide will belt out facts and taboo of Taman Negara as he leads you to a mesmemrizing rainforest waterfalls for a cool dip - a therapeutic stress reliever. Return to hotel. Free and easy. 

7. Day 7 Taman Negara - Kuala Lumpur (Recommended hotel Traders @ KLCC)

   10am Depart for Kuala Lumpur and visit the iconic Batu Caves. Climb 272 steps into temple of Hindu Deity honored during festivals. Ladies to have their knees and shoulders covered. Check in to hotel. Free and easy.

8. Day 8 Kuala Lumpur - Malacca (Recommended hotel Puri hotel @ Jonkers' Street)

   8am Depat for Malacca - a UNESCO Heritage City. Visit the Dutch Stadthuys - once the Dutch Governor's residence - now turned into a Museum. Then go up St Paul's hill where St Francis Xavier preached. Walk to the A Famosa - the Portuguese built Fort - now in ruins. Move on to Jonkers' Street - the street of antiquity and also know as Chinatown. 

   Duering the 15th Century the Chinese and Indian mgrants married into the locals and created their very own identity - the peranakans and the Chittys. A walkabout of Jonkers' Street is a must. Check in to hotel Free and easy. You may re visit Jonkers' on your own later. 

9. Day 9 Malacca - Johore Bahru Immigration Check Point

   8am Depart for Johore Bahru Immigration Check Point - gateway into Singapore. Guide will arranage transfer into Singapore and leave when all is settled. This transfer is included in the package . Goodbye and take care. End of program.
