Itinerary

Day 1- Kathmandu Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
- Meet the Nepal tour guide outside the Tribhuvan International Airport. Transfer to the hotel
- Later, check-in to the hotel and start the first yoga and meditation session.

Day 2- Kathmandu to Syapru Besi
- On the first day, take a local bus to Syapru Besi (1550m) which takes a 7-8 hours’ drive from Kathmandu.
- Enjoy the scenic drive through the Trishuli Valley.
- Upon arrival, end the day with a 2-hour yoga and meditation session.

Day 3- Trek to Briddhim
- Start the day with an hour of Yoga and meditation.
- From Syapru Besi, head towards Bridhhim (2229m), where you shall be accompanied by beautiful green forests, birds and other small animals while crossing several suspension bridges and tea houses on the way.
- Upon arrival, end the day with Yoga and meditation.

Day 4- Trek to Lama Hotel
- The trek will begin with a quick 1-hour retreat yoga and meditation session.
- Continue the short hike to Lama Hotel with the tour guide.
- After reaching the Lama Hotel, end the day with an hour of yoga and meditation.

Day 5- Trek to Langtang
- Begin the day with a yoga and meditation session.
- Walk through the rhododendron and pine forest trail until you reach Ghoda Tabela. This area is densely filled with wild habitats and many small babblers and lots of medicinal plants.
- After lunch, walk for a few more hours on the scenic trail that takes you to Langtang village (3455m) where you shall be resting overnight.
- After reaching the Langtang village, end the day with an hour of yoga and meditation.

Day 6- Trek to Kyanjin Gomba
- After 1 hour of retreat yoga and meditation, trek towards Kyanjin Gomba (3817m), the main monastery of the region. From here see the beautiful views of Mt Ganchempo and Mt. Langtang Lirung(7227m).
- Upon arrival, rest for a while before the yoga session in the evening.

Day 7- Rest Day
Before descending, a proper rest day is provided on this day.
On this day, the yoga session will be on the top of Kyanjin Ri for 3 hours with a great view from the top.
Other than resting and acclimatization, hike around Tserko Ri (5150m) or Kyanjin Ri (4773m).
Take a walk around Kyanjin Gompa, enjoying the views of glaciers, icefalls, birds and yaks.

Day 8- Head back to Lama Hotel
- Before you start the journey down, participate in an hour of retreat yoga and meditation session.
- Head back and follow the same trail that goes downhill through the forest following the river.
- Pass by the ethnic Tamang settlements and walk for around 6 hours to reach the Lama Hotel.
- Upon arrival, practice one hour of yoga and meditation.

Day 9- Trek to Syapru Besi
- Before you hike down, enjoy the second last session of the yoga retreat and meditation for 1 hour.
- Hike for around 5 hours. The trail follows downhill through the lush green vegetation.
- After reaching Syapru Besi, participate in the last session of yoga and meditation.

Day 10- Drive back to Kathmandu
Take a local bus back to Kathmandu.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11- Transfer to Airport
Get transferred to the Tribhuvan International Airport for departure.
