Meet your tour guide at the hotel for pick-up and transfer.
Drive from Munnar to Marayoor. This is the only place in Kerala that has a natural growth of Sandalwood Trees. The processing of sandalwood and its associated oil forms part of the local economy. Famous ‘’Marayoor Jaggery’’ making centres are also here. Ancient dolmens and rock paintings in Marayur date back to the Stone Age. Dolmen Caves or Muniyaras are fascinating destinations for anthropologists all around the world.
Embark on a short trek of 4 km to the ‘Thoovanam Waterfalls.
Proceed to Kanthalloor, a rain shadow village of picturesque landscapes with a salubrious climate & and a variety of tropical crops, making this destination an important tourist place. Varieties of Apple, Orange, Strawberry, Blackberry, Plums, Gooseberry, Egg fruits, peach & passion fruits etc are found here. Drop off at the hotel.
