Climbing to the hilltop of Ounasvaara, the highest point in Rovaniemi, you will be in the middle of the dreamy Finnish forest. After the hike, you will visit the husky and reindeer farm. Feel the excitement of the short sleigh ride with energetic huskies, and relax on a comfy sleigh as your reindeer takes you into the nature. The next activity awaiting you is the tour's climax, which involves the iconic character of Rovaniemi, Santa Claus. Visit the Santa Claus Village and get a certificate for crossing the Arctic Circle line, spend your time in the fairy-tale village full of shops with arctic products, and, of course, meet Santa Claus himself! Inside the village is an official Santa Claus post office, where the elves will help you send a message to your loved ones with the special stamp. Finally, you will learn everything about arctic in the Arktikum museum (closed on Monday), where you will see the exhibition of arctic animals, indigenous people Sami, and local history from the ice age to the present. You can also find information and a display of Northern lights.
