Dala & Twante Highlights Tour From Yangon
Get up early and have breakfast at the hotel while enjoying the sunrise of Yangon.
Move to the south, across the poetic Yangon River, observing the morning activities on both sides of the river before reaching Dala, a southern township of the Yangon Region.
Travel around Dala in a trishaw through the local fish market, green areas and teashops.
Visit Shwesayan Pagoda, the most prominent pagoda in Dala and discover its Buddha images with large green leaves behind.
Pass through Dala's rural areas with roads and bamboo houses.
Continue to Twante and see the Shwesandaw Pagoda, one of the four big pagodas bearing the name “ShweSandaw”.
Peek into the local cottage industries and see how the traditional products are made.
Visit the Oh Bo Pottery Sheds, where you can make your own pots, decorate them.
Proceed to the Snake Temple, located in the middle of a lake, which is inhabited by pythons.
Return to Yangon by passing through the idyllic landscapes of rice paddies, rivers, and villages.
