Itinerary

Day 1: Anuradhapura Tour
- Pick up from accommodation.
- Drive Anuradhapura ( Aprx. 4 ½ hrs. drive)
- Visit Yapahuwa Kingdom (Aprx. 1 1/2 hr. visit) en-route.
- Afternoon: Visit Mihintale Temple (Aprx. 1 hr visit).
- Visit Kaludiya Pokuna (30 min. visit).
Overnight stay at Anuradhapura.
Day 2: Anuradhapura Highlights
- Morning: Visit Anuradapura Ancient city (Aprx. 4 hrs. visit) where you will see Sri Maha Bodhi, Ruwansali Seya Stupa, Isurumuniya Temple, Jethawana Arama, Kuttam Poluna, Samadi Buddha Statue, Abayagiriya, Thuparamaya and other ruins.
- Admire Awkana Buddha Statue (30 min. visit).
Overnight stay at Sigiriya ( Aprx. 4 hrs. drive).
Day 3: Sigriya - Polonnaruwa
- Morning: Visit Sigiriya rock fortress (Aprx. 2 hrs. visit).
- Explore Pidurangala Rock (1 hr. visit).
- Afternoon visit: Reach Polonnaruwa Ancient city ( Aprx. 3 hrs. visit) where you will see Parakra Samudra, Pothgul Vehera, Parakarama palas, royal Chamber, Kumara Poluna, Dalada Maluwa, Rankoth Vehera, KiriVehera, Lankathilaka Pilimage, Gal Vihara, Thiwanka Pilimageya, Demala Maha Seya and Nelum pokuna.
Overnight stay at Sigiriya ( Aprx. 4 hrs. drive).
Day 4: Kandy highlights
- Morning: Visit Dambulla Caves Temple.
- Drive for Kandy ( Aprx. 4 hrs. drive)
- On Route visit Matale Alu Vihara Temple (30min. visit).
- Explore Kandy Temple of Tooth Relic (1 hr. visit).
- Drive back to Colombo or any other location (Aprx. 5 hrs. drive).

Know Before You Go

Approximate drive time will depend on local road and traffic condition.

Make sure you do not have the departure flight before the midnight of the day the tour ends and inform if you have set any other evening arrangement. Also, inform if the traveler has car sickness or any other illness.
