Itinerary

1. Day 1 - Kochi Tour and Departure to Munnar

   • Meet and greet your English-speaking Indian tour guide in the morning upon arrival in Kochi.
   • Head towards Marine Drive to the water-bound Fort Kochi.
   • Visit the Indo-Portuguese Museum, Dutch Cemetery, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jewish Town & Synagogue, and Mattancherry Palace and see Chinese fishing nets. If time allows, also visit the Thrippunithara Palace.
   • Drive to Munnar, a paradise hill station and see Cheeyappara & Valara Waterfalls and other viewpoints on the way.
   • Visit the Tea Museum upon reaching Munnar.
   • Drive to the hotel for an overnight stay during the evening.

2. Day 2 - Munnar Sightseeing

   • Enjoy a hearty and full breakfast early in the morning. 
   • See the Kundala Lake and Echo Point Flower Gardens, Photo Point, Pothamed Point, Mattupetty Dam, Eravikulam National Park and more.

3. Day 3 - Thekkady Sightseeing

   • Check out from the hotel after devouring a hearty breakfast.
   • Embark on the most scenic drive towards Periyar Wildlife Park in Thekkady. Have a chance to experience a mind-blowing boat safari along the Periyar River. Overnight stay at a hotel.

4. Day 4 - Alappuzha Sightseeing

   • Check in to the hotel and freshen up. 
   • Proceed for sightseeing in Alappuzha, covering backwaters and the beach.
   • Consider booking a Houseboat for a breathtaking experience and witness different scenes from the inland water village life, paddy fields, coconut palms, fishermen and local life.
   • Return to the hotel for an overnight stay or stay in the Houseboat.

5. Day 5 - Visit Kovalam Beach

   • Drive towards Kovalam beach post-breakfast.
   • Visit Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the world's richest Vishnu Temple, on the way.

6. Day 6 - Visit Kanyakumari

   • Have a hearty and full breakfast. Drive to Kanyakumari to see the Triveni Sangam, where 3 oceans meet (the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal & Indian Ocean).
   • Go to the sacred Suchindram Temple and Vivekananda Rock Island.
   • Visit the 600-year-old Wooden Palace of Padmanabhapuram, used by the erstwhile Travancore Royal Family.
   • Drive back while enjoying the sunset in the evening.

7. Day 7 - Depart to Thiruvananthapuram

   • Have a delicious breakfast.
   • Drive to the airport or railway station for your return journey.

   End of tour.
