Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend a few days trekking in the villages of Vietnam. Discover the green highlands of Bac Ha, visit Lung Phinh and stay with a local family overnight. Finally, descend to Bac Ha on your last day as you prepare to return to Lao Cai.
Itinerary

Day 1: Bac Ha – Ta Van Chu
Proceed from Bac Ha to meet the local people living in the village.
Soak in the beauty of the landscape.
Have a picnic under the shade as you eat lunch.
Arrive in Ta Van Chu; walk around the H’mong village.
Have dinner and stay overnight at a local house with the hosts.

Day 2: Ta Van Chu – Lu Than – Lung Phinh
After breakfast, trek down the hills while passing by the rice fields.
Have lunch in a traditional setting with mesmerizing views in front of you.
Climb the mountain to the Lu Than village and arrive in Lung Phinh.
Stay overnight with a family of Fula people.

Day 3: Lung Phinh – Thai Giang Pho – Bac Ha
Trek through the mountain trail while admiring the colourful dresses of the H’mong people.
Have lunch at the top of the mountain.
Descend to Bac Ha in the afternoon.
The bus will take you to Lao Cai.
