Description
Sign up for this short 2-day trek through Bac Ha to learn about Bac Ha people and nature around. Move uphill from Lau Thi Ngai to the Thai Giang Pho area and admire the gorgeous valleys around Bac Ha Town. Also, hike to Ngai Thau, then down to Na Hoi and learn about local culture in your overnight stay with a family of Tay ethnic group in Na Lo village.
Itinerary

Day 1- Lao Cai - Bac Ha – Lau Thi Ngai – Thai Giang Pho – Na Lo
Get transferred by a bus from Lao Cai to Bac Ha. You may have breakfast in Bac Ha, then repack your bag and get ready for trekking.
Start your trek from Bac Ha.
Trek up hills to Lau Thi Ngai – Thai Giang Pho area to see the view of beautiful valleys around Bac Ha town.
Stop at the local house to have a picnic lunch.
Spend the night in a family of Tay ethnic group in Na Lo village.

Day 2- Carthorse - Trekking to Na Hoi - Bac Ha - Lao Cai - Hanoi
The carthorse will transfer you about 7km from the homestay to the point where you can start the trek uphill to Ngai Thau, then down to Na Hoi to come in view of beautiful landscapes and happy to discover colourful dresses of a local ethnic minority.
Have lunch at the top of the mountain.
Return to Bac Ha in the afternoon.
Repack and get on the bus to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi.
