Sites to visit in Jerusalem
The tour around the holy city of Jerusalem will include visits to the following places:
Mountain of olives- A mountain ridge east of and adjacent to Jerusalem's Old City. It is named for the olive groves that once covered its slopes.
Gethsemane- A garden at the foot of the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem where, according to the four Gospels of the New Testament, Jesus underwent the agony in the garden and was arrested the night before his crucifixion. It is a place of great resonance in Christianity.
Muslim quarter- One of the four quarters of the ancient, walled Old City of Jerusalem.
Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
"Suk"- Market of the old city.
Jewish quarter- One of the four traditional quarters of the old city of Jerusalem.
Mountain Zion- The Last Supper Room, King David's tomb.
