Itinerary

1. Day 1 - Leon Tour

   • Meet the tour representatives. 

   • Drive to your hotel.

   • Spend the day in Leon. 

2. Day 2 - Cerro Negro Volcano Tour

   • Drive up to the park entrance.

   • About an hour long hike will bring you to the top of this active volcano. 

   • Learn how to use the sliding board and slide down the volcano.

   • Walk back to the entrance of the park.

   • Drive back to Leon. 

3. Day 3 - Telica Volcano

   • Reach San Jacinto Mud Puddles.

   • Walk along many boiling mud puddles.

   • Hike for 8 hours to Telica Volcano and enjoy the view. 

   • Return to Leon. 

4. Day 3 - Granada City Tour, Masaya Volcano & Masaya Handicraft Market Tour

   • Transfer to Granada.

   • Go on a city tour on your own. 

   • Truck drive to Laguna de Apoyo.

   • Leave for Masaya Handicraft Market.

   • Visit Masaya Volcano National Park.

   • Go back to Granada.

5. Day 5 - Mombacho Volcano

   • Truck ride to the park gate.

   • Hike for around 4 hours to reach the top. 

   • Take on a zipline experience. 

   • Go back to Granada downtown.

6. Day 6 - Ometepe Island, Punta Jesus y Maria, Charco Verde Natural Reserve, El Ceibo Museum, & Ojo de Agua Tour

   • Transfer to Ometepe.

   • Visit Punta Jesus y Maria.

   • Walk around Charco Verde Natural Reserve.

   • Visit El Ceibo Museum.

   • Lunch at Playa Santo Domingo.

   • Visit Ojo de Agua.

   • Back to Hotel.

7. Day 7 - Ometepe Volcano

   • Choose between Concepcion volcano and Maderas volcano. 

   • Drive to the site.

   • Hike up to the top. 

   Concepcion (Active):

   • Difficult hike of about 8 hours back and forth.

   Maderas (Non-active):

   • Mid-difficult hike.

   • Visit San Ramon waterfall.

   • Hike to the top of the volcano.

   • Swim in the crater lake.

   • Go back to the hotel.

   • Farewell party.

8. Day 8 - Departure

   • Drive to Leon.
