Travel to the Cotopaxi National Park to see Cotopaxi, an active stratovolcano in the Andes Mountains, located in the Latacunga canton of Cotopaxi Province. Stroll through the lush green forest surrounded by the second highest summit in Ecuador and visit Laguna de Limpiopung, a glacier lake, to learn about flora and fauna of this region.

Cotopaxi National Park Tour
Pick up from the hotel at 8:00 am.
Travel to Cotopaxi National Park, located south of Quito, just off the Panamerican Highway.
Explore the National park and hike to the Cotopaxi Volcano.
Arrive at the top of the volcano and have lunch, enjoying the majestic views of the surrounding region.
Descend to the Limpiopungo lake, enclosed by sweeping plains and wetlands and look for various exotic birds.
Return to the hotel.
