Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive in Delhi

   • Arrive in Delhi, meet with the tour guide, and transfer to the hotel.
   • Go sightseeing in Old Delhi and visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk (Silver Street), and Raj Ghat (Gandhi Samadhi). 
   • Spend the evening at your leisure.
   •  Overnight stay in Delhi.

2. Day 2: Delhi - Varanasi By Train

   • Have breakfast, then begin the sightseeing tour of New Delhi and visit India Gate, President House, Parliament Buildings, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple, and Laxmi Narayan Temple.
   • Travel to the train station for your overnight train to Varanasi.   

3. Day 3: Arrive in Varanasi

   • Arrive at the Varanasi train station, meet with the local tour guide, and transfer to the hotel.

   • Go for a sightseeing tour of Varanasi and the Ganges in the afternoon. 

   • Overnight stay in Varanasi.

4. Day 4: Varanasi City Tour

   • Wake up early and take a boat ride at the river Ganges.
   • Return to the hotel for breakfast.
   • Check out the Aarti Ceremony, a traditional and holy ceremony at the Ghats in the evening. 
   • Overnight stay in Varanasi.   

5. Day 5: Varanasi - Sarnath Temple

   • Have breakfast in the hotel, then travel to Sarnath Temple, the famous temple where Lord Buddha preached his first-ever sermon. 
   • Travel back to Varanasi and spend the evening at your leisure.
   • Overnight stay in Varanasi.

6. Day 6: Varanasi- Khajuraho By Train

   • Have breakfast at the hotel, then visit the local bazaars or markets of Varanasi. 
   • Travel to the train station for an overnight train to Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh.     

7. Day 7: Arrive in Khajuraho

   • Arrive at the Khajuraho train station in the morning, meet with the local tour guide and transfer to the hotel. 
   • Spend the afternoon at your own leisure.
   • Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

8. Day 8: Khajuraho Temple

   • Have an early morning breakfast, then visit the Northern and Southern famous erotic Temples of Khajuraho, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 
   • Spend the evening at leisure.
   • Overnight stay in Khajuraho.    

9. Day 9: Khajuraho- Agra By Train

   • Have breakfast at the hotel, then explore the bazaars or markets of Khajuraho. 
   • Travel to the train station in the evening for an overnight train to Agra.    

10. Day 10: Arrive in Agra

    • Arrive at the Agra train station in the morning, meet with the local tour guide, and transfer to the hotel. 
    • Visit the Taj Mahal, India’s most stunning homage to love, and learn how this world wonder was built by Shah Jahan for his favorite wife, Mumtaz.
    • Check out the Agra Fort, a historic fort that was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. Before the colonial rule, the last Indian rulers to have occupied the fort were the Marathas.
    • Spend the evening at leisure.
    • Overnight stay in Agra.

11. Day 11: Agra- Jaipur Via Fatehpur Sikri

    • Have an early morning breakfast and drive to Jaipur.
    • Visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way, a small 16th-century town founded by the Mughals.
    • Arrive in Jaipur and check-in at the hotel. 
    • Visit the local colorful markets of Jaipur in the evening. 
    • Overnight stay in Jaipur.

12. Day 12: Jaipur

    • Have breakfast at the hotel, then visit Amer Fort on an Elephant’s back.
    • Visit the Jal Mahal, a unique floating palace. 
    • Check out the City Palace, a beautiful palace located in the city center, the home of the Royal Family of Rajasthan. 
    • Spend time at the Jantar Manter, the famous Observatory. 
    • Visit the Hawa Mahal and admire the unique architecture of the Wind Palace.
    • Spend the evening at leisure. 
    • Overnight stay in Jaipur.      

13. Day 13: Jaipur- Delhi

    • Have breakfast at the hotel, then go shopping and visit the textile factories and gemstone factories. 
    • Drive back to Delhi in the afternoon and transfer to the hotel.
    • Overnight stay in Delhi.

14. Day 14: Departure

    • Have breakfast at the hotel and spend the day at leisure.
    • Travel to the Delhi airport for your flight back home.
