Itinerary

1. Day 1 - Tehran

   • Arrive at the Tehran airport.

   • Enjoy a meet and greet with our guide and transfer to Asareh hotel.

   Overnight in Tehran

2. Day 2 - Rineh - Polur - Gusfandsara

   • After breakfast, transfer to Rineh or Polur and Gusfandsara (foothills) by pick up car.

   Overnight in a tent

3. Day 3 : Tent or Hut

   • After breakfast, trek to the hut (4.150 m).

   Overnight at a tent or hut.

4. Day 4 : Acclimatisation at Ice Fall

   • Climb up to the Ice Fall (nearly 5.000 m) for acclimatisation and get back to your tent or hunt.

5. Day 5: Summit Attempt

   • Climb to the summit of Mount Damavand. It is the highest peak in the Middle East and offers breathtaking views. 

   • Descend back to the hut after staying at the summit for a while.

6. Day 6 : Ramsar

   • Head back down to Rineh and continue to Ramsar.

   Overnight stay at Azadi hotel in Ramsar (beach hotel).

7. Day 7 : Ramsar Sightseeing

   • Enjoy exploring Ramsar. Relax at the mineral hot springs and seashore. 

   • Look for souvenirs in a traditional bazaar.

8. Day 8: Ramsar-Masouleh-Anzali

   • Drive to Masouleh. On the way, visit Lahijan Lake, Shaytan Kooh (mountain).

   • Visit Ghale Roodkhan in Fuman. It is a medieval fortress that sits on the peaks of two mountains.

   • Explore Masouleh highland with its interconnected homes with unique and spectacular architecture.

   • Visit Anzali Lagoon. The lagoon is home to both the Selke Wildlife Refuge and the Siahkesheem Marsh. 

   Overnight stay in Jahangardi hotel in Anzali (seaport).

9. Day 9: Tehran

   • Drive to Tehran.

   • On the way, visit Roodbar Olive gardens and Manjil Dam.

   Overnight stay in Asareh hotel in Tehran.

10. Day 10: Departure

    • Transfer to the airport to catch your departure flight.
