The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Tehran

Arrive at Tehran airport.
Enjoy a meet and greet with our guide, then transfer to Asareh Hotel.

Overnight in Tehran.

Day 02

Transfer to Rineh or Polur and Gusfandsara

After breakfast, transfer to Rineh or Polur and continue to Gusfandsara (the foothills) by pickup car.

Overnight in a tent.

Day 03

Trek to the Hut

After breakfast, trek to the hut at 4,150 m.

Overnight in a tent or hut.

Day 04

Acclimatisation at the Ice Fall

Climb up to the Ice Fall at nearly 5,000 m for acclimatisation, then return to your tent or hut.

Day 05

Mount Damavand Summit Attempt

Climb to the summit of Mount Damavand. It is the highest peak in the Middle East and offers breathtaking views.
Descend back to the hut after staying at the summit for a while.

Day 06

Descent and Transfer to Ramsar

Head back down to Rineh and continue to Ramsar.

Overnight stay at Azadi Hotel in Ramsar (beach hotel).

Day 07

Ramsar Sightseeing and Relaxation

Enjoy exploring Ramsar. Relax at the mineral hot springs and seashore.
Look for souvenirs in a traditional bazaar.

Overnight stay at Azadi Hotel in Ramsar.

Day 08

Masouleh, Fuman, and Anzali Exploration

Drive to Masouleh. On the way, visit Lahijan Lake and Shaytan Kooh mountain.
Visit Ghale Roodkhan in Fuman. It is a medieval fortress that sits on the peaks of two mountains.
Explore Masouleh highland with its interconnected homes and unique, spectacular architecture.
Visit Anzali Lagoon. The lagoon is home to both the Selke Wildlife Refuge and the Siahkesheem Marsh.

Overnight stay at Jahangardi Hotel in Anzali (seaport).

Day 09

Return Drive to Tehran

Drive to Tehran.
On the way, visit Roodbar Olive gardens and Manjil Dam.

Overnight stay at Asareh Hotel in Tehran.

Day 10

Departure from Tehran

Transfer to the airport to catch your departure flight.
