Itinerary

1. Day 1 : Arrive at Masai Mara National Reserve

   • Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

   • Pick up by driver/guide.

   • Transfer to Wilson airstrip for flight to Masai Mara.

   • Upon arrival at Masai Mara, transfer to lodge while enjoying an en route game drive.

   • Reach lodge in time for lunch.

   • Spend rest of the afternoon at leisure before getting ready for evening game drive.

   • Return to the lodge for dinner.

   Overnight stay at lodge.

2. Day 2 : Full day at Masai Mara

   • Wake up at 06:00 am to have breakfast, then go for a full day safari in the reserve.

   • During the game drive, get a chance to encounter thompson gazelles, cheetah, the 'Big 5', watch hippos bathe alongside crocodiles in the river, or watch a territorial wildebeest chase off rivals.

   • Have lunch under a nice shade recommended by the driver guide.

   • In the afternoon, continue traversing the magnificent terrain and witness the never ending views of the plains.

   • While returning to lodge, chance of encountering lions, cheetah, and leopards haunting their prey in the evening.

   Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

3. Day 3 : Walking safari

   • Have breakfast at 06:30 am, followed by a small briefing by the Masai guide about the walking safari.

   • At 07:00 am, embark on a walking safari to learn about the lifestyles of animals and identifying different kinds of animals by observing their footprints.

   • Return to the lodge.

   • Visit the Masai village and learn about the daily way of life of its people.

   • Return to the lodge for lunch and enjoy the rest of the day at own leisure.

   Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

4. Day 4 : Departure to JKIA

   • Have breakfast at 07:30 am, followed by check out from the lodge for a flight back to Nairobi.

   • Meet driver guide for transfer to airport.

   End of tour.
