The palace was built by the Cipiko family that ruled Trogir for over 300 years, and this palace is located in the town square, right across from the St. Lawrence Cathedral. Visit the Ćipiko Palace and look for an inscription above the southern entrance that reads: "NOSCE TE IPSUM", which means: Realize yourself!
Travel to the Cathedral of St. Lawrence, a Roman Catholic triple-naved basilica constructed in Romanesque-Gothic style.
Visit the Church of the Holy Saviour or Sveti Spas, where the tombstone of the Byzantine princess Mataissa Cantacuzina was preserved earlier.
