Description
Discover Morocco’s finest treasures as you ride a camel and cross the vast and remote desert landscapes, all nestled in the South of the High Atlas Mountains. You will see the famous Atlas Studios, many Kasabhs, plenty of Berber villages and stay in a Berber tent. Keep your camera handy to capture the scenic Sahara.
Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech - Tizi -n-Tichka - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley/Gorges
Pick up from hotel/riad/bus station/Airport by Moroccan trekking guide.
Start the journey from Marrakesh to Dades Gorges across the Tizi-n-Tichka Atlas pass with far-reaching views across the mountains, to the traditional High Atlas Berber villages.
Continue to Kasbah Ait Benhaddou to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou.
Have lunch at Ait Benhaddou or Ouarzazate where you will also visit Kasbah Taourirt and the famous Atlas studios.
Continue to the Dades Gorges through the Roses and Dades Valley.
Spend the night in a hotel in Dades Gorges.

Day 2: Dades Gorges - Tenghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Merzouga (Night in desert)
After breakfast, proceed from Dades gorges to Erg Chebbi, Sahara Desert in Merzouga.
Berber villages are scattered along the way so, you will pass through Todra Gorges, Tenhir, Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud; feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet.
Continue to a hotel in Merzouga. After relaxing for a few minutes, take some of the luggage in a small bag (necessary for the night in desert) and leave the other luggage in the hotel.
Ride camels on an adventure crossing the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. This is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise.
Reach the camp, leave the camels and walk to the highest sand dunes for sand boarding and watch the sunset.
Spend the night in a camp (Berber nomad tents) with drumming music in the middle of the Sahara.

Day 3: Camel Trekking Back to Merzouga - Atlas mountains - Back to Marrakech
Wake up early morning to watch a spectacular sunrise over the sand dunes.
Ride on a camel, back to Merzouga.
After breakfast, take a shower in the hotel.
Start our journey back to Marrakech through different areas and different Berber villages (Alnif, Tazarine, N'kob). Until Ouarzazate, use the same road back to Marrakesh.
Arrive by evening/night at Marrakesh.
