Highlights

- Get a close look as the guides feed and interact with the pink dolphins
- Learn to distinguish these riverine creatures from the common ocean dolphins
Description
Supervised by the National Amazonian Research Institute, this Online Experience is live-streamed from the deck of a floating house on the Niegro River, the largest left tributary of the Amazon River. Come watch us interact with and feed the friendly wild pink dolphins in these waters.
It is a unique experience to see these wild sea creatures being comfortable around humans and truly enjoying human company. The pink whales, regarded as the smartest river creatures of the Amazon, are also known to be extremely friendly. They often approach humans just to play - even when food isn't in the picture! It is no surprise that the locals call them "water dogs" in their native tongue.
This Online Experience will allow you to enjoy the company of these lovely creatures. You will also find yourself able to get a closer look as you spot their smaller dorsal fin and learn about the various other striking physical markers that distinguish them from ocean dolphins.
