Description
We will begin our exciting, interactive Online Experience to postcard-perfect views of Porto from a famous viewpoint in the Gaya area. After admiring amazing views visible on both sides of the Louis I Bridge, walk along the Ferdinand City Walls and admire the street art as we make our way up to the top of the hill. Here, we just might have the chance to explore the marvellous Porto Cathedral, and learn why this area is integral to the city's identity.
Wandering the narrow streets of a medieval neighbourhood, discover the traditional architecture of the city bound in, in parts by the 14th-century city wall. Explore the Bishop's Palace and admire the famous St. Lawrence Church - also known as the Cricket's Church. We will then stop by one of the most emblematic squares in Porto to admire some impressive 19th-century buildings, such as the Stock Exchange Palace, and also learn about the city's significance in various Portuguese discoveries.
While we walk towards the Duoro River, I will tell you all about the city's history, traditions, cuisine, and lifestyle. We will talk about Port Wine and learn what a Rabelo Boat is. In fact, you may even spot one of these boats when we arrive at the riverfront, whose lovely views we will admire awhile before saying goodbye.

Olá! I am a licensed tour guide in Portugal since 2007. I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Porto, the hometown of the famous Port wine.
I have a degree in Tourism and Touristic information, and I am passionate about history, art, food and wine (aren't we all ?) and, of course, my city!
I feel that I am very fortunate to have a job that allows me to meet people from all over the world while showing them my country's best spots! I love to wander around the old neighbourhoods of Porto, stop in small shops and beautiful viewpoints and maybe, finish the day sitting on a terrace, enjoying a nice glass of wine.
My guiding style is very easygoing. I love to adapt the tours to the guest’s interests and tell them a little about the Portuguese lifestyle. My goal is to make sure they are having a great time!
