Description
Take this live-streamed, interactive online experience to enjoy the panoramic views of Bethlehem and see for yourself how close it is to Jerusalem.
We will begin this tour with a brief introduction to Bethlehem and the political scenario of the area. We will visit the main attraction of Bethlehem, the Church of the Nativity, the site where Jesus Christ was born. This will include the church, which you will notice is shared by three different sects; the Greek Orthodox, the Armenians and the Roman Catholic. Next, we will see the cave underneath, which was used as a stable to keep animals. The Manager and the birth site are marked by a silver star called the Star of Bethlehem.
We will then take a walk in the old city. I will show you the Manger Square, which is featured on-air during the Christmas broadcast every year. You will also see the Main Mosque of Bethlehem and the old houses of the city, where you will learn about different religions and how they live together in such a small town.
