Description
Get to know the elements needed to have a rainforest. Learn about the outstanding Cloud Forest and why it produces and recycles so much water. You will see the original site of many plants that you have seen at greenhouses. Which of these plants have a cousin that many of us eat every morning? Learn how long have some plants been on the planet. Be able to touch the waterfall as it comes dancing down from the volcano’s crater. Fill your lungs with the clean moist breeze as you follow with me the river trail next to the waterfalls to enjoy that much water that a cloud forest produces. What can we do with this amount of water? You can buy some of our coffee to enjoy the memories of this experience.

Meet your Host
Luis R Murillo Gamboa
I have obtained a degree as a natural sciences teacher at the end of the 70s. Later, in 1980, the Green tourism and Ecotourism revolution started in Costa Rica. So, I decided to take admission in Birds and trees courses at the University, specialized as a nature tour guide and received a Master Guide training in France. Then, the classroom turned into a National Park or a Forest with tourists. With European tourism from the year 2000 onwards, it was necessary to combine cultural and natural aspects. Still today, I enjoy sharing about my country's rich natural history.
