Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Amazing ability to spot and identify animals in the wildlife park. In most cases able to show these well via the telescope, though occasionally images a bit blurred. Constantly moving images from the body webcam couldn't be helped but did render a feeling of seasickness at times! Overall though a very pleasant insight to the wildlife of a part of the world we previously knew next to nothing about.
