We will take you to one of the largest places of worship in Hungary in this live-streamed tour. After that, we walk across Liberty Square which is a historical square in downtown Budapest. The icing on the cake for this tour will be the House of Parliament building which is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, and the Shoes Memorial by the River Danube, which was erected in honour of the Jews who were killed by the Arrow Cross Party on the banks of the river during World War II.

I finished my education in 2011 and have been working as a qualified guide ever since. In 2016, I completed a special course organized by the Budapest History Museum for local tourist guides. In 2019 I qualified as a guide of the Dohany street synagogue. Other than just telling facts and figures, I strongly believe that guiding should be entertaining as well. Educating while entertaining is the key phrase for me. As I was born and raised in Budapest I have been an eyewitness to a sleeping beauty's transformation into a multi-cultural metropolis. I can be your insider man to understand the Hungarians better and to have some experiences with the local life.

Our plans to visit Budapest were disrupted by the pandemic. This tour was a gift from our daughter as consolation. While not as good as being there, it was a nice way to experience parts of the city. The guide was pleasant, patient, and entertaining. Answered questions politely. Provided a pleasant mix of history, culture, current events, and humor.
