Cappadocia is an amazing wonderland right in the middle of Turkey, best known for its 'fairy chimneys'. An extraordinary meeting of nature’s artistic splendour and humankind’s resourcefulness makes it one of those rare places that must be visited at least once in a lifetime.

The castle provides a magnificent panorama of the surrounding area with Mount Erciyes (the highest volcano) in the distance. Many rooms hollowed out into the rock here are connected to each other with stairs, tunnels and passages. Our exploration of the Castle will hence afford us a fantastic view of the fairy chimneys, pigeon houses, and cave rooms.
