Begin your tour from the old part of the city to admire the beautiful architecture of the Khast Imam complex. Here, you will see the mausoleum of the sacred Imam, a 16th-century Madarsa, the mosque designed with beautiful local craftsmanship and a small museum where the holy Koran of Usman from the 7th century is preserved.
Then we will switch to the new part of the city, where you will visit the Opera House. Observe the fusion of Asian and European culture here as I divulge interesting titbits about the history of the place. Follow this up with a drive to the Romanov Palace that combines eastern culture with European-style buildings. Drive around the Amir Temur Square to see the Grand monument of Temur, which is surrounded by architecture from the 19th and 20th centuries. Finally, we will end our tour at the residential buildings built after the earthquake of the 1970s, elegantly decorated in mosaics depicting Uzbek themes.
