Hector did an outstanding job teaching my 13 year old daughter and 11 year old son the basics of surfing, they were up and riding the waves with confidence by the end of the lesson. Hector's communication with the kids was fatastic, and his knowledge of the environment and ecosystem of Puerto Rico was so in depth that he keeper evryone engaged, the kids loved the lesson and cannot stop talking about it! We liked Hector and his company so much, after our experience with our surfing lessons, that later the same day we took the whole family (five of us) on Hector's Bio Bay tour, what another great experience! We had looked at this tour with other tour operators and it was all kayaks, large groups and didn't seem intimidate enough. Hector's surfboard tour of the Bio Bay was intimate, up close and hands on, it was awesome in a word! The whole family had a great experience and will remember it for a life time!

My girlfriend, two of my good friends, and I all went to Puerto Rico for our Senior Spring Break and went on a nighttime tour with Hector paddling on surfboards up a stream to see the bio-luminescent microorganisms. Hector was great, very talkative, relatable, and friendly. We had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend taking a tour with Hector, he knows tons about Puerto Rico and honestly loves what he does, his enthusiasm is off the charts!

My wife and I went to PR for Ironman 70.3 in March 2015. One of the items on our must visit list was the bio bay. We saw a flyer for Hectors tour at the Ironman expo and called right away. His tours are unlike the usual kayak tours as he leads a group of upto 5 people on surfboard (paddling on our bellies) into the beautiful glowing, magical, sparkling waters in the mangroves. It doesn't require any extra special fitness level, just the ability to paddle slowly on a long board with your hands laying on your stomach. We went with another athlete we met at the event and had a fantastic time. Hector picked us up from the hotel and brought us back safely.
