I will give her 5 star... quiet fluent in English,knows what a tourist wants.Give all the information about the place both historical and post Soviet era.Traditional kazhak cousine only she can tell you the exact place..very kind and gentle person and outspoken too..she is worth each and every penny the time and sightseeing with her.i recommend her as the best tourist guide atleast in Almaty..if u visit Almaty guide should be Arailyam.Done and dusted.
