Hem is a very open and caring person on whom we could rely all the time. He took good care of us and knows his way around the Himalayas very well! After a short time he was more of a friend to us than a booked guide. He told us a lot about the Nepalese culture, society and history and often made us feel good with his funny way. He even got us the Permits and Tims in advance and was very responsive to each of our specific wishes regarding the route and the daily routine. We would always recommend him and book him again! Hem was our guide for a half day tour of Pokhara and a 2 days trek to Australian Camp. He was really friendly and showed is professionalism throughout the entire time we spent together. He is an outgoing person and easy to talk with.
