Ingrid is an excellent, very knowlegeable tour guide. She made our Geiranger, Norway visit a very pleasant, accomodating and the best ever tour.   She was  so protective of us that she was fighting on our behalf to make sure that we are not being taken for granted by local merchant with regard to VAT currency calculation due to cashier error.

Ingrid told us she would be waiting for us when the ship docked and she was punctual and easy to find. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Ingrid. She is knowledge, entertaining and goes out of her way to ensure her visitors get the most out of their time in Alesund. Nothing was too much trouble. We only had a couple of hours in port but I can't imagine a better way to spend our time then doing a tour with Ingrid.

Ingrid and her driver David were so accommodating when we asked them to take us to the highlights, but they took the initiative to take us to interesting sights and places that we would have otherwise never  known about.  Ingird also assumed the role of personal photographer as she took as many pictures of us as possible to get the best ones with incredible scenery behind us.  In addition to the landmarks, vistas, and scenery, we were treated to tales of Norwegian customs and culture that made the experience more authentic.
