I had the pleasure to spend 4 days, one-on-one with Win in May.  Given my first time in the country, I am not quite sure what to expect, especially given the trying experience with tour guides in neighboring countries such as Cambodia, Vietnam and etc.  

Overall, I found Win to be very responsive and thoughtful where he offered me many pointers prior to the trip.  Bagan has such rich history due to the former status of being the capital for the ancient Burmese dynasty and have ridiculous number of pagodas and temples as a result.  With the heat, tourist flow and my personal interest, Win worked with me and tailor-made a perfect itinerary to maximize my experience.  He's very knowledgeable about the architectural designs and history for each of the temples where I came away learning more about than similar trips made in the past.  

If you are looking for someone who's trust-worthy, knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful, I would highly recommend to help make your visit in Bagan/Mandalay special.
