Great guy, professionally and personally. He helped us with everything we asked, recommend it us nice places, had patience for all our questions. His English is great, his mentality as well, he knows lots of history and useful information. Very organised, definitely having leadership skills that made the entire group listen to him and follow him everywhere with real interest. I also admired his modesty, implication, his manners and his morals.
Next time I travel to Turkey, I know who I'm looking for.

We had the most wonderful time in Istanbul with Ugur.He is kind, patient, professional and has an in depth knowledge of historical sites and culture.His choice in food is also superb, definitely ask him for street food tour.
I would highly recommend him to anyone travelling to Turkey.
