Miguel is an excellent tour guide. He met us on time in a clean, new model minvan with AC. He did a an excellent job showing us the ruins at Chichen Itza and sharing details about Mayan culture. Afterwards we went to a Cenote that was a little off the tourist trail which was really incredible. I highly recomend Miguel for any tour in the Yucatan. 

We have hired private guides in 50 or so countries/areas and Miguel ranks with the best. He is an excellent guide.

Miguel has a large, clean van with cold AC which made out trip - on a hot day, most enjoyable.

Firts, we visted Chichen Itza and his lecture at the site was amazing.  (Think of the best professor you ever had.) He really brought the Mayan civilization and the buildings at Chichen Itza to light  -  in a fascinating way. Our second stop was EK Balam and he carefully discussed the issues of restoration at this site. A fun day.

In summary, I could not imagine a better choice for a Cancun and Playa del Carmen area private guide - and strongly recommend Miguel to all.
