We booked our trip at the last minute in September of 2018.  Susan arranged for the guides to meet us and make sure that we got checked into the hotel.  The next day they were there to take us to the historic sites of Kathmandu and then we went off the beaten paths.  The guide was extremely knowledgable and had the tour so well cooridnated that whenever we got tired we were at a point that he had arranged to stop.  We met some locals and got to get a real feel for the city.  By the end of the first day we had past the guide/tourist relationship and became family.  

The next day we were off to Pokhara and were met by another guide that showed us the same level of care and attention.  Upon returning to Kathmandu we were once again treated to another tour of city from a local's perspective.  I can't say enough good things about Susan's company. Susan had business that took her elsewhere but she called to make sure we were enjoying our visit.  We will defintely not only be back but make sure we do it when Susan is available.

This was the best trip!!

Susan was an excellent guide.  She provided interesting historical and cultural facts while sheparding our small group safely through the color and chaos that is Kathmandu.  Our visit was terrific, thanks to this friendly, knowledgeable guide. 

Susan went out of her way to pick us up at the airport.  She took us to the Pashupatinath Temple and did a super job of explaining all about the cremation rituals and the various Hindu traditions.  We also went to the remains of the castle and temples in Kathmandu, plus the healing center of the singing bowls, which was also very interesting.
