We returned from our 2-weeks holiday in Sri Lanka, where Sumudu was our tour guide, 2 weeks ago and I can say this has been the best holiday so far. Not only because of the beautiful country and plenty of adventures but also due to fact that we coudln't have better guide. Sumudu spent 5 whole days with us, showed the best what Sri Lanka offered and was making the transport in his comfy car. He explained everything in details, was very communicative, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend his services and rate him 5 stars.

Sumudu was our tour guide for our trip to Sri Lanka this past Feburary.  We had a great time with Sumudu.  He was friendly and very informative.  He was willing to accomodate our interests and we saw everything we wanted to.  We were very satisfied with his tour and would reccomemend his services.  

We weren't sure about an overnight trip but Sumudu kindly explained about the travel time to and from the places we wanted to visit and assured us he would book the overnight accommodation. On the first day we visited the elephant orphanage at Pinnawala before going to the Temple of the Tooth and a tea plantation/factory. We had a wander around Kansy before heading to the hotel for the night. Sumudu was always sure to ask if there was anywhere else we wanted to stop or anything we wanted to do or not do on our trip. eg. A spice garden was on the plan but we had already been to another one a few days before so we didn't stop. The hotel for the night was lovely up in the hills near Kandy with wonderful views. The next morning we headed for Sigirya which was outstanding! Sumudu again was sure to ask what else we wanted to do - we put off Dambulla as we were exhausted after Sigirya! We stopped at a silk factory and stopped for some traditional food on the way back to our hotel. I'd give Sumudu and Slimline Tours 10/10. And he knows EVERYONE!!! Absolutely lovely experience and service. Wouldn't take a tour with anyone else whilst in Sri Lanka.
