It was because of Robert Matevosyan's vast knowledge and friendly tour guiding ability that I visited his most interesting and beautiful country for 4 successive years. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and is justifiably proud of his spectacularly beautiful country, that is full of ancient sites and monasteries. Robert speaks English fluently and without hesitation I'd recommend him as a tour guide, to anyone interested in visiting Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. He is very helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him to organise. It is because of this top tour guide's assistance that I enjoyed my Armenian tours so much. Thank you Robert for all your help - you were amazing.

Robert was the guide for our small group tour in English to Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. He was welcoming and clearly genuinely proud that we had chosen to visit his country. Robert made a group of strangers instantly welcome to his country and we were all friends by the end of the 9 days. His knowledge was extensive and it covered history, both ancient and more recent, culture, politics and especially Armenian Christianity. But however detailed his knowledge might be, he was able to deliver it interestingly in excellent English with the right level of detail an audience with a mixture of interests. He was also a resourceful and efficient guide and made sure that the trip ran smoothly, adapting effortlessly even when some minor details had to change. I can't think of any way in which it would have been possible for him to have been a better guide for our group.

Robert was our tour guide and manager to Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh. He has an unparalleled knowledge of the turbulent social and cultural history of the region, all of which he conveyed in impeccable English and with just the right balance of detail. Robert is a very amicable person who handled the group with great equanimity and patience, I think we all felt very much part of his family. I would definitely recommend Robert as a tour guide. Robert was the guide on our Nagorno Karabakh trip. He was extremely polite, incredibly friendly and very helpful. His knowledge of his country - cultural, politcal, religious - was top notch and his English impeccable. (If only my Armenian was that standard - sigh!). Highly recommended!!
