Robert took me on an 8-day tour of Armenia where we traveled to many of the major sites that included many churches and monasteries as well as spectacular scenic areas in this mountainous country. He also explained the history of Christianity in Armenia dating to the time of Gregory the Illuminator to the recent war with Azerbaijan over the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh.  His explanations of church architecture were very detailed and he possesses a wealth of knowledge about the history and cuisine of the various regions. Indispensable in a guide, he is very conscientious of the comfort and safety of his charges. Thank you very much Robert for a rewarding and informative tour of your country.

Robert did an excellent job and was especially helpful to me, an older member of the group. He knew his facts and put them across clearly and could answer any question.

Our guide Robert Matevosyan, a self taught and faultless English speaker, was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about this very special country.  Robert's generosity in sharing with us a brief glimpse of Armenian history and culture will remain with me. 

When a guide inspires his group to return is all one could ask.  Robert has through his words and kindness, ensured this will not be my only journey to this remarkable country, and I will ensure that friends and family alike are encouraged to visit.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude for the excellent service Robert Matevosyan provided during my recent visit to Armenia. Having traveled to numerous countries in recent years, I can say with some confidence that my experience of Armenia was a thoroughly rewarding and enjoyable one, made so by the help Robert provided for me.

Firstly his polite and amicable manner put me at ease immediately. This meant my visit started very positively and I was able to maximise my enjoyment of your country from the outset. I suffer from restricted mobility after I had surgery in my back. I greatly appreciated the physical support Robert provided at various points of our travel, this enabled me to participate fully in the activities organised for us and meant that I felt part of the group throughout.

Armenia is a beautiful country with a rich and varied history. Robert demonstrated an excellent level of knowledge about Armenia's history, geography culture and customs - this meant that our visit was brought to life and we could gain a greater understanding of the different places we visited.

Finally, I know I speak for all of our group when I say we were all very impressed by the care and attention Robert provided in making our visit as rewarding as possible and in catering for our different requirements. We all felt extremely fortunate to have Robert Matevosyan as our guide and I hope this short message goes some way to expressing that sentiment.
