My wife and i were visiting PR for the first time, and Hector over at TOURHQ had already come highly recommended by someone at our hotel. These guys were truly awesome, taking their time to go over everything with each person according to their experience level. Absolutely perfect for beginners all the way to expert scuba diving if you wanted. I highly recommend Hector Nogales fort and foremost as an exellent tour guide but also as a friend with whom we look forward to visiting every time we go to Puerto Rico. Most of our trip was planned via reviews and the like, and these guys are no different. They come recommended for a reason, and I would gladly steer anyone visiting PR over to the Nogales brothers. My wife and I went surfing with Hector and his brother and it was the highlight of our vacation! He was so kind and patient with my daughter who was surfing for the first time! They took videos and pictures of all the action and were very promt in emailing us all the shots! Very reasonably priced for the level of attention we received. Hector was amazing! He took me and my cousin snorkeling. He was quick to reply to our inquiry and he took his time to teach us the basics of snorkeling. He also provided with the best Mango that we have had in our life:) Overall, great experience and cannot wait to book him again on our next trip back to Puerto Rico!!! Thank You Hector!

Hector and his brother were so great to us! They took our volleyball girls surfing and and snorkeling and they had a ball! So can't wait to come back to Puerto Rico and look them up! They were helpful and gentleman.

Hector was a great tour guide from the start. His communication via the tourHQ website was timely and descriptive. He picked us up in the agreed upon spot promptly. While we left the city center we discussed our options for the day. The first stop was the natural rock waterslides. Our 10 year old son, Emmitt, had the most amazing time. The experience was unforgettable. Hector also brought along his Go Pro and filmed the experience for us. After we had explored the river bed and fresh water pond, we decided to head to a beach for some snorkeling. On the drive to the beach, he took us past some great sites and shared his knowledge of the areas. My husband and son went snorkeling at "airplane" beach in the nature reserve coral reef area and I got to experiment with a stand up paddle board. A friend of Hector's then escorted me via the paddle board out to where my family was snorkeling. The water was crystal clear! The boys saw two turtles, many fish and Emmitt even got to bring home his own conch shell. It was definitely a day to remember!
