Mari is an excellent guide for the Galapagos. I came on the Mary Anne with my family four: mother, father, and brother along with several other passengers on the cruise. She has immense knowledge of the animals, birds, reptiles, fauna and flora, history, and culture of the inhabitants on the islands. She organized several mini excursions per day that involved either hiking, snorkeling, or dinghy rides. Many of these excursions were optional depending on your stamina or your preference. She ensured our safety and made sure our experience is fun. Best of all was her enthusiasm about the various wildlife that we encountered from a Galapagos hawk eating a juvenile brown pelican to why a male tortoise had a curved undershell. 

Our Galapagos tour with Mari was one of the most wonderful trips we have ever had in our lives thanks to Mari.........she is so experienced, extremely knowledgeable, caring, and willing to share all aspects of her country. She helps out as a volunteer in many ways giving of her time and energy. She is a professional but warm personality and it was always fun.

Miss Mariuxi Prieto is an excellent Guide, she was my guide and arranged to me a tour to "Isla Santay"a wonderful reserve located close to Guayaquil City in front of Guayas River. It was really good experience for me, because she knows about all the birds, animals species which exist in this Reserve and her conversation and explanation was so nice and clear.
