I found Mariuxi to be very friendly and enthusiastic,  She was always helpful

and went out of her way to accommodate the guests.  She seemed to be a genuinely

nice person with an easy smile.

We had a wonderful time on our Galapagos trip and Mari was a big reason. She was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the wildlife and geology of this captivating region. A great experience with her!

My fiancé and I have just finished 7 day Celebrity Experience cruise in Galapagos and Mari was one of the 4 naturalists on board for guiding us to 7 different southern Loop Islands. I must say Mari was the best and my favorite naturalist among those 4. I intentionally waited for being in her group!! Her passion and knowledge about each Island's geography and biology blew me away!!  FIsrt of all, she has eyes of hawk to help us to find every single living creatures in each Islands and oh boy!  I had so many pictures taken because of that!! Haha!  I was so amazed by her enthusiastic, abundant explanations about biological history of each Galápagos Islands. Mari truly made my Galápagos Southern Islands trip so memorable and I definitely want to have her as my Notheren Galápagos Islands naturalistic guide!

Mari was extremely informative and enthusiastic.  You can tell that she loves her position as guide and makes the Galapagos tour really exciting.  She knows the animals and history of the Nation Park very well.  I did the northern loop with Celebrity Cruises and hope to do the Southern Loop next year. Please know that the Galapagos tours are not for sissies. There is a lot of hiking and can be strenuous for anyone with severe disabiities. The snorkeling with sea lions, penguins, sea turtles, fish and sharks was incredible.

Mari knew her biology and geography and also piqued our interest in the history about the scandals and history of several of the islands.
