My husband and I spent a great day with Greg for a photography-focused tour of Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula area in March 2023. Our original guide (different company) cancelled at the last minute, and Greg answered our query about a photo tour very quickly. Greg first showed us around Cape Town, from picturesque houses in the historic Bo-Kaap neighborhood to colorful huts on local beaches along. Continuing to explore the Cape Peninsula, Greg took us on stunning coastal drives to experience both the popular and the off-the-beaten track views of this gorgeous region. That included scrambling through the boulder-laden route to get immersed in a colony of South African Cape penguins. Greg was extremely knowledgeable about local history, culture and contemporary life in the Cape Town region, and his expertise and experience in photography was invaluable to my husband, the avid photographer. We highly recommend Greg for visits to Cape Town no matter what your level of photography skills — he was a lot of fun to be with and made our day in Cape Town so memorable!
