What a welcome surprize Jakes is.  Knowledge gleemed from doing and living it!  His vast experience and knowledge makes for a great trip.  Add in his outging, friendly, and down to earth personality,  you have the reciepe for an amazing time.  I would not hesitate to reccommend him and do another trip if the opportunity arises.

Jakes was our guide for over three weeks throughout South Africa, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, and other countries. He did an outstanding job catering to the needs of a varied group of different ages and some needing close watching due to health issues. He knows the ins and outs of South Africa, where to get the best money exchange, and his knowledge of the the animals and flora of Africa is exceptional!! I’ve done a lot of traveling and the trip I took to Sourh Africa with Jakes as our guide ranks #1!! I highly recommend Jakes as your next guide!!!
