Excellent communication with Jaime. He takes care of the whole party and the timings. He has great suggestions regarding your trip. I highly recommend having a tour with him.

Our cruise ship stopped in Puerto Montt for the day. We wanted a more private and efficient experience than a bus tour could provide. Jaime and his driver gave us that. While more expensive than a bus tour we got an earlier start and made it to the sights before the crowds arrived. Jaime is very knowledgeable about the area it's the history of its settlement. The Puerto Montt area is lovely with it lakes, rivers, and volcanoes. The cities by the lake at nice as well. Highly recommend!

We spent two full days with Jaime in the Lake District around Puerto Varas. In advance of our trip, Jaime was very easy to communicate with and ensured that he put together an itinerary that covered all the places we wanted to visit.

Jaime has tremendous knowledge of the region, its history, its geology, its flora and fauna. More than that he lives in Puerto Varas and knows everything and everyone and so was able to provide plenty of recommendations for where to visit. He has a great sense of humour and we had lots of fun as well as learning lots about the area. Because he is so knowledgeable he arranged our days to take the best advantage of the weather so that we had the most spectacular visits to Osorno, Petrohue Falls and Lago Todos Los Santos. 

We were fortunate to have found Jaime via Tour HQ and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jaime Liebrecht, PatagoniaShorex, is a great guide and wonderful person to be with. We highly recommend him and if not personally available can arrange for great associate guides at various locations as he did for us. He has great communications and went out of his way to insure we had a really great experience. We have used many private guides and Jaime is right at the top of our list as one of the best. We could have not asked for more from him and the associate guides he arranged.

Jaime helped us plan our tour so that everyone got to see what they wanted to within the time frame we had. He was very flexible.  Unfortunately we couldn’t get off the ship until very late so we had to cancel. We would definitely work with Jaime again on our next trip to the Patagonia region.
