I have travelled to Sri lanka and spent 13 days in this beautiful country. Mr. Henry was my trip Coordinator during this trip.I genuinely was pleased and satisfied with the Overall Experience.Actually I have found him through this useful website and once I contacted him I got rapid and professional response. Although he had commitment with another couple at the same time of my trip but he arranged me another driver/guide from his team, Mr. Ranaweera who was extremely cooperative, supportive, friendly, patient and fully educated of Sri Lanka history as well as careful and safe driver in a clean and air conditioning car.Mr. Henry was helping me for everything related to this trip as following,1. Review my itinerary & hotels reservation and provide me with advises and recommendations.2. Arrange for me in advance the all excursions during this trip with resinable prices.3. He reserved me the train ticket from Nuwara Eliya to Ella once I have asked him.4. He Was in contact with me on daily basis for 2 weeks before as well as during the trip to update me with any new issues.5. He was waiting me in the airport to introduce the driver for me.6. Provide me with useful tips for my trip.

I highly recommend him to anyone planning to visit Sri Lanka.

Это была замечательная поездка на Шри-Ланку! Генри проявил себя как очень опытный, аккуратный и вежливый водитель! И мы были его первыми русскими туристами))) Отлично владеет английским (в отличие от нас). Генри возил нас столько времени, сколько нам было нужно, даже с 5 утра и до позднего вечера. Когда у нас заканчивались идеи - он сам показывал и рассказывал нам про интересные места, искал банкомат с выгодным курсом, смотрел, где нам будет лучше поесть (не советавал свои "прикормленные" места, а говорил что тут еда для местных- нам не понравится). Машина у Генри тойота, чистая, опрятная и с кондиционером и печкой (в Нувара Элии актуально). Ехали всегда в тишине и покое, не было лишней болтовни, но когда проезжали интересные места - он рассказывал про них и останавливался сфоткать. Ценник у Генри очень хороший, рекомендую этого водителя от всей души! Спасибо Генри! 

I cannot recommend Lionel highly enough. From his arrival on day one of our escorted trip through to when he dropped us off at the airport for our return flight he was always the extreme professional.

Lionels timekeeping was exceptional, always on time and always available to take where we wanted to be.

His knowledge of Sri Lanka was extensive and yet told in such a way as to always interest both my wife and myself.
