Veronica was an amazing tour guide who has passion and fantastic knowledge. We wanted to tour all the Canadian sites in Ypres, she picked us up at our hotel and we were off for a great time. Essex Farm, Tyne Cot, memorials and fields we saw it all. Her explanations of the historical battles brought it to life while we were standing on the very spot of historical significance. Her kindness and passion for history was wonderful... I cannot stress that she made our time in Ypres so very very special and we are forever grateful to her for having such a positive impact on our memories.
