George has an exceptional talent and personality fit for a tour guide. His knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for this job and country is indisputable. Moreover, he allows his guests to have a unique, special and personal experience. He uses his expertise and inter-personal skills to give his gifts and experinece and memories of a life time. Thanks to George and the two tours we did with him, my family has a plethora of memories that will last a lifetime. 

George is a very pleasant person. Who is so in love with his country, that he was able to trasfer this love to us as a group amd made us fond of cape town.

He was fun, joined us in our big activity of bungee jumping on his birthday adding to the positive energy, stopped us at interesting places on our drives and offered interesting stories. Also, he took great pictures of the group :)

Two friends and I were visiting Cape Town for a conferece and had just a half day to tour the winelands.  How lucky were we to end up with George Meyer on a Sideways tour!  The three wineries selected for our interest and palates were delightful and the experiences built upon one another. It was expertly paced and George filled the drive time with interesting sights and facts about the area. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we arranged for a custom tour a few days later and spent 7 wonderful hours touring the Cape highlights on a tour customized to our interests with several special surprises tucked in along the way.  We enjoyed out time together in this beautiful place made more wonderful by the stories, sights, experiences and facts provided by George.  The highest compliment is repeat business; a stong recommendation for all to see this place with an expert such as George Meyer.
