Informative and entertaining

Reviewed November 5, 2016

My husband and I did a 2 hour cemetery tour with Randy.  He was funny and informative--a wonderful guide.  And considerate, too; slowing down the walk for me and even finding a couple of benches where I could sit and recover. (I had warned him I would be slow walking--having hurt my leg the week before).

I would definitely choose him as a guide again.

I have a little too much enthusiasm sometimes because I love what I do and want you to love our city as much as I do. It helps to let me know up front that walking is difficult - otherwise we dance our way through New Orleans! LOL. Thank you, Bella, for bringing this up - I can also accommodate w More

heelchairs and mobility scooters. Btw - that was a fun tour and you were a fun group! Thanks for hanging out with me!!! Less

Can't go wrong with Randy!

Reviewed October 27, 2016

We met Randy about 10 years ago on a tour provided by a conference. Immediately I knew he would be entertaining. The first tour was a culinalry tour- excellent!. I  remembered his name but nothing else. On our next trip, I decided to track him down (calling multiple tour companies until someone knew him and gave me his contact information). Since then, we have had 6 private tours with Randy. We let him know what we would like to do or see and he provides an excellent adventure. We always rent a car so we are able to expand beyond the Quarter or Garden District. He is personable and knowledgeable about NOLA and her history and myths.  A tour will Randy will be a highlight of your time in the Big Easy!

Oh, Joan, Joan, Joan....what can I say! (Other than Thank You.) It's going to rapidly reach the point that you're no longer tourists and are locals who just happen to not live here. It won't be long that you'll have done all the touristy stuff and you'll settle in and experience New Orleans the More

way *we* live it. The surface of this city dazzles -- but underneath the Mardi Gras mask is a face of breathtaking charm that few people see because they don't get past the jazz bands and food lines. You and Kevin are on your way - soon you'll be one of us. Thanks, again, to you both! Less

Thoroughly Enjoyed Our First NOLA Experience!!

Reviewed October 18, 2016

We visited NOLA from Oct 9-11, 2016 and spent all day with Randy Bibb on 10/10/16.  He was a delight!  Randy is full of knowledge about his home town, really knows and is proud of her history, and we came away with an appreciation of the colorful city and her interesting people.  He had great suggestions for us to enjoy good eating, great jazz, and memorable sites.  If you have a few hours or an entire day, it's time and money well spent to have Randy as your guide!

I love nothing more than to spend a whole day with new friends. We did it all - from the river to the lake and even toured the home of the Women's Guild of the New Orleans Opera in the Garden District.
