It doesn't take long to be in Ben's presence, especially in a spectacular mountain setting, to realize you're with a born guide. Ben was simply great. He was passionate, enthusiastic, attentive, good company and at all times had the best interests of we passengers at heart. Our small group was rather difficult in that we all had very different physical abilities and subjects of interests. Ben handled this with aplomb doing his utmost to please everyone, which must have been extremely testing at times. 

Arben was my tour leader when I joined a group to travel Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia for two weeks in April 2015. Ben is a pleasant young man in his thirties, for whom I predict a great future in tourism. With his knowledge of cross-cultural communication and understanding, I found him a delight to be around and converse. I hope to have him show me more of Albania off the beaten path in future.
