We hired Miguel to take care of a group of 14 people.  Not only did he prove to be knowledgeable but he went above and beyond his duties. He took care of the group at Akumal BAy when we had a scheduling issue, he was courteous, and everyone in the group sang his praises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a small or large group because he truly knows his business and on top of that is a nice guy who truoly cares about the experience people have.

I was a little skeptical of booking throught TourHQ but I had nothing to fear. Miguel was awesome! There were 4 of us and we alll came away with more knowledge than expected. I would highly recommend him!

I foung Miguel on TourHQ and was a little skeptical, since I wasn't familiar with the site, but was able to also find him on TripAdvisor which made me more confident. I wasn't sure what I needed at first, and he was persistant and helpful in answering my questions to help shape our day. He also made it easy to chat with him ahead of time with WhatsApp and pay him digitally through Xoom.

We had a group of 13, which was larger than Chichen Itza was allowing, so he found a second guide Henry to come that day and split the tour into 2 groups. Both were wonderful!! Very knowledgable about not only the site itself, but the history and various peoples of the region. You could tell they were both very passionate about the work they do. Everyone in our group was very happy and we would definitely book them again for other sights in the area in the future.

Miguel was extremely knowledgeable for our party of 6 adults, 3 of which studied archeology. His introduction of the Mayan calendars and correlation  to the architecture of El Castillo was fascinating for all of us. He is an excellent Mayan guide.

We had an excellent day with Miguel, he is a wonderful guide- knowledgable, attentive, friendly and speaks perfect English.
