Our family of three recently went on safari in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Richard as our guide.  We had a wonderful experience with Richard.  He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us with so much information about the animals we were seeing.  How he is able to drive and spot animals from so far away is a mystery to me, but we saw the big five and so much more.  Richard is very respectful of the animals which we really liked.  We very much enjoyed Richard's company and would highly recommend him as your safari guide!

We were a family of 5 having a 5 day safari in Tarangire, Serengetti and Ngorongoro. Richard was our guide the whole way through. We cannot imagine a guide with more knowledge about the wildlife and who seem to know every track in all parks. Richard was a key person to make our safari a memory for life.

Great safari, where Richard with his knowledge of animals and their behavior made our trip experience extra fascinating and gave us many additional experiences - without him we had not seen two lions kill two wildebeest and two rhinos. I have had guide/drivers on other tours around he world and Richard was in the top two. He enjoys what he is doing and it shows. He was very knowledgeable and was capable of sharing his insights. I saw many more animals and their activities because of his keen eye. Richard was very responsive to my requests and made suggestions that enhanced the trip, like bringing along some beer & wine (or other treats if wanted & available). My safety and comfort was always a concern. He was definitely interested in making the experience the best it could be for all of his clients and I grew to trust his judgement - we both worked on some post-trip suggestions to Good Earth, which Arusha Good Earth reps readily accepted.

We did a 5 day Safari for our honeymoon in August 2015 and Richard was our guide and driver. We had a great time and really enjoyed the great wildlife and scenary at Lake Manyara, Central/Northern Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. Richard was a very friendly and nice guide and also extremely knowledgeable. He had a lot of background knowledge about all the wildlife and knew many interesting stories to tell. He had eyes like a hawk and we were always surprised how many animals and birds he spotted and identified from far away. He also tailored the trip for us, asking what type of animals we wanted to see and what we were most interested in. He spoke excellent, fluent English and even knew animal names in German. You should ask for Richard as your Safari guide!
