My daughter and I took a trip to Egypt and Jordan as a gift for her getting her MBA. We had never been before and were overwhelmed about what we were to see. Rasha Hamid served as our guide in Cairo and surrounding areas. She made arrangements for our trip in Aswan, Luxor and Abu Symbel Temples and stayed in touch as we traveled about. It was my daughter's birthday while we were there and Rasha and Mohammed, our guide in Asway conspired to get her a birthday cake, a gift and the ship stewards on our trip down the Nile decorated her room for her birthday. Just an example of the little things that make such a difference traveling. Her knowledge of history and culture is unsurpassed (I am sure). Since it was only the two of us, we could do whatever we wanted. One day we decided to go to the market. One evening we decided to take a Fallucca ride on the Nile in Cairo and she switched gears and took us. We couldn't have been happier and I heartily recommend her. I have to admit that I have been longing to go back to Egypt.

We visited Egypt for 9 days and Rasha Hamid was our guide. We have traveled to 40 different countries and never have we enjoyed a trip as much as Egypt. The country of Egypt is unbelievable, but Rasha added to the experience. She has the personality, knowledge and experience to give an amazing tour. We traveled to Cairo, Alexandria and Mt. Sinai and it will be an experience we will never forget.

Rasha made our trip to Cairo and the Pyramids special. We hired her for the day, and within minutes, she determined we weren't interested in the normal tour guide blather. She could see we had done our homework, and she moved right into a conversational historic and local description that enhanced our visit to Cairo. Her flexibility and ease of relating to us and our needs made our trip memorable. I will not forget her, and I highly recommend her to anyone traveling to Cairo!
